“Arts, culture, sport and recreation are an important ingredient in the promotion of unity and social cohesion for our communities. We believe that through availing opportunities for youth to participate in these different activities, we will make a meaningful contribution towards making this festive season safer, peaceful and full of responsible fun for our citizens and visitor. I invite you to help us in spreading the message of responsible enjoyment and maintaining active and healthy lifestyles even during this festive period,” she said.
