POST: SENIOR MANAGER: ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

REQUIREMENTS:

Ø  An appropriate Three year degree/ National Diploma in administration

Ø  3 – 5 years middle management experience in administration

Ø  Valid code 8 drivers licence

Ø  Computer literacy

Ø  Willingness to work under pressure and beyond normal hours/weekends

REQUIREMENTS:

Ø  LLB or equivalent qualification in Law

Ø  3 – 5 years middle management experience in a legal environment

Ø  Valid code 8 drivers licence

Ø  Computer literacy

Ø  Work away from base occasionally

Ø  Willingness to work under pressure and beyond normal hours/weekends

 

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

KNOWLEDGE: Intergovernmental relations knowledge, Knowledge of Public Service Act and Regulations, PFMA, Batho Pele Principles, Knowledge in Project Management, Labour Law, Communication and Protocal, Constitutional Law and Legislation, Security Sector Legislation, Civil and Criminal procedure

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCE: Strategic Capability and Leadership, Programme and Project Management, Financial Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Delivery Innovation, Problem Solving and Analysis, People Management and Empowerment, Client Orientation and Customer Focus, Communication, Honesty and Integrity

Ø  Manage and utilize resources in accordance with relevant directives and legislation
